To split a water main or lateral:

1. Click on the Split Feature tool.
2. Select a Water Main or Lateral linear feature. The feature highlights.
3. Click again along the length of the Water Main or Lateral to specify the location of the split point.
4. Right-Click (Reset) to complete the split. The new adjacent segment highlights.
5. Continue step 3 and 4 to continue splitting the conductor or go to the next step.
6. Right-Click (Reset) to end the command.
